It's Pure Love, Joy and Happiness

Lets talk happiness. What makes you happy? Yes, you. Why wouldn't you want a moment to smile. A song, a smell, a whisper in your ear. What is it that makes you happy? For me it's a bit of a mix. Sure, a beautiful melody, the smell and view of a beautiful flower, fresh baked goods, the sound of the waves splashing, the sun shining on my face all make me wonderfully happy, but the one thing that can bring pure love, joy and and simple happiness to my life is my family. Their smiles and absolute fun out in the cool breeze while gliding down a slide certainly make me happy.

Photography love...

Their pure happy smiles when they climb onto a swing in early spring...

and gaining independence and wandering on their own...

..all things that my heart warm and create an ear to ear smile.

Have a happy day on whatever day today is for you. Really smile. I mean an unadulterated pure bright and beautiful...SMILE. Dance to the beat, giggle at a funny moment, laugh at yourself, make a joke, play with your kids. Enjoy yourself.

  7. Wow, that edit saved the day! I have a few great pictures that are way underexposed like that...I am so glad I didn't delete them! I'm a bit overwhelmed by photoshop...a good friend is going to give me a lesson on the basics soon!

My favorite is the last of L...too cute!

  10. The bw looks great on the shot! You did a great job. I love these shots, they just look like so much fun. Emma would love that, plus all that room to run! I took her to the park the other day and everybody and their mother (literally) were there. I bet it's nice not to have to worry about another kid squashing yours LOL...

  14. Thank you everyone! I decided on the black and white mostly because I just couldn't get the color right, but I LOVED the shot. It's one of those fun family moments. It looks a little noisy, but I still like it! It was definitely fun going to the park.
