Bird song and a cool breeze. Flowers blooming and kids jumping puddles. Spring is in the air...not in my neck of the woods. It's freezing, literally. The little bit of spring we did have was frozen over again by a blizzard. Now the closest hope seen for Spring is melting ice.
Please send Spring my way.
It would be much appreciated. Thank you.
If You haven't yet, please stop by Theme Thursday and take a look. See if it's your cup of tea.
Love that spring interpretation, Nicole. Beautiful!

Lovely sky shot - that ice looks an awful lot like our spring. :-/
ReplyDeleteWe had a couple of nasty blizzards this year in Oklahoma...the weather is finally getting nicer, but this week is cold and there's talk of snow again. Someone shoot me.
ReplyDeleteHope spring is sprung in your neck of the woods soon! I love your photo of the ice and bare tree, but I'm anticipating your perspective on all of the budding life around you!
I hate that spring hasn't come your way yet. :( Please do link up for a few of my favorite things.

ReplyDeleteThank you everyone. Yes, the ground is covered in snow right now. It looked like Spring was on its way, but alas the weather changed back to winter. It is currently 19 degrees. Yikes. On the positive side I know Spring is next in line!
ReplyDeleteI am always fascinated by photos if ice. Great job!
ReplyDeleteI love those icicles! :)

Thank you everyone! It certainly became very cold. We never got quite to 80 here, but it warmed up. For us, warm is in the 40's after our winter!
ReplyDeleteGreat capture for this week's theme. Love the photo but I will be glad to be done with the ice.
